All FirstBIKES come with a Lifetime warranty on the Frame and Fork as well as a 6 month warranty on all other components.
If for some reason our product shows a defect in materials or workmanship during your warranty period, please mail our Product Support department email@example.com and we will respond within 24hours. If a defect is discovered during your warranty period we will, at our own discretion, REPAIR or REPLACE your product. Should we NOT be able to REPAIR or REPLACE we will offer a FULL REFUND. We will send our courier company to collect the defective product and deliver the replacement part/product at NO COST TO YOU.
Our warranty DOES NOT cover:
- Wear and tear
- Failure to follow instructions
- Improper maintenance
- Worn wheels
- Personal opinion dissatisfaction pertaining to functionality, features or aesthetics.
The warranty is only valid to the original owner.
Please be prepared to provide the product model, photographs and a description of the warranty issue. Some replacement parts may be available for purchase after the limited warranty on components expires.
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it, this can be done within 7 days provided that it has not been used, is returned in the same packaging and is in a resalable condition.
The cost to return the item to our warehouse will be for our account.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days once we have received the item and the above criteria has been met.
A store credit will be given for the amount less than R250.
