1. Competition Period
The competition will run from 1 October 2024 to 13 November 2024. The prize draw will take place on 19 November 2024, provided that the minimum entry requirement of 40 reviews is met.
2. Eligibility
- The competition is open to all customers who have made a purchase from FirstBIKE Africa / FirstBIKE Kids' Wheel Centre at any time before or during the competition period, and who leave a review on their purchase during the month of October 2024 and up until 13 November 2024.
- Reviews must be submitted between 1 October 2024 and 13 November 2024 to be eligible for entry.
- Participants must be 18 years or older and residents of South Africa.

Employees, immediate family members of employees, and any affiliates of FirstBIKE Kids' Wheel Centre are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry
- Entry is automatic for all eligible customers who leave a review on their purchase during the competition period, provided the purchase was made at any time before or during October 2024.
- No additional purchase is required to enter beyond the initial qualifying purchase.
- The competition will only proceed if a minimum of 40 reviews are received during the competition period.
4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a R2000 FirstBIKE voucher. The voucher is redeemable either online at FirstBIKE Africa’s website or in-store, subject to product availability.
- The voucher is applicable to all products, while stocks last. There are no restrictions or minimum spend requirements.
5. Winner Selection
- The winner will be selected through a random draw on 19 November 2024.
- The winner will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the draw date.
6. Prize Claim
- The winner has up to 3 years to claim their prize from the date of notification.
- FirstBIKE Kids' Wheel Centre will make every reasonable effort to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, or if they fail to claim the prize within 3 years, the prize will be forfeited, and no alternative winner will be selected.
7. Data Protection
- Any personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s explicit consent.
- Participants' personal information will be handled in accordance with South African data protection laws.
8. General
- FirstBIKE Kids' Wheel Centre reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
- The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Limitation of Liability
- FirstBIKE Kids' Wheel Centre shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of participating in this competition or as a result of accepting the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
