WARRANTY

WARRANTY 

All FirstBIKE Balance Bikes come with a Lifetime warranty on the Frame and Fork as well as a 6 month warranty on all other components.

If for some reason our product shows a defect in materials or workmanship during your warranty period, please mail our Product Support department info@firstbikeafrica.co.za and we will respond within 24hours. If a defect is discovered during your warranty period we will, at our own discretion, REPAIR or REPLACE your product. Should we NOT be able to REPAIR or REPLACE we will offer a FULL REFUND. We will send our courier company to collect the defective product and deliver the replacement part/product at NO COST TO YOU. 

Our warranty DOES NOT cover:
  • Wear and tear
  • Misuse
  • Failure to follow instructions
  • Improper maintenance 
  • Worn wheels
  • Personal opinion dissatisfaction pertaining to functionality, features or aesthetics.
    The warranty is only valid to the original owner.

    Please be prepared to provide the product model, photographs and a description of the warranty issue. Some replacement parts may be available for purchase after the limited warranty on components expires.

     

    All other Brands sold by FirstBIKE have a limited 6 Month Warranty, with the same conditions as above
