Although you have a very capable bike mechanic, your shop is not equiped for MTB servicing. No parts in stock and the sourcing of same not reliable. The communication received not good, no comprehensive full report on what actually needed to be changed. Information only received when I wanted to collect the bike, 'oh your rotors also need changing and maybe your chain also!' Unfortunately I won't be back!!
Received bike. Happy with the quality. Not happy with a few things
1. Bike had no assembly instructions
2. They were no assembly tools with the bike. Should ba a bike spanner and alan key.
3. The pump is not for this small bike. Too big to insert into valve properly.
M-cro helmet is great.
My grandson loves his new scooter.
He started with his first bike now on to scooters. The quality is unmatched.
Best way to secure your load and know it want move. Excellent product
